Katie Nguyen is a freelance writer and the voice behind the blog Yow Yow! What started out as a blog for all things pop culture, lifestyle, fashion, music, and food, has now evolved as Katie has begun to share more personal stories involving her own identity and upbringing as a first generation Vietnamese American. She previously was a contributing writer for both REDEFINE Magazine and College Fashionista. Katie is passionate about storytelling, particularly those who have found their voice or are continuing to find their voice within the Asian American community and inspiring others to do the same.
